Each item is created based on your unique requests, and because of this customization, all sales are final. Digital Downloads are non-refundable.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is and error on our part, we will make it right - guaranteed!

Please if anything arrives damaged, take a picture and send it along with your order info. Must be sent to us within 30-days to qualify for refund.
